Participating in the project organized by EC Program "Inco-Copernicus" in 2000 has constructed first in Central Asia hybrid solar and wind installation by power of 5 KW for communication system.Following the announcement on Special Competition for Cooperative ResearchGrants made by the U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation. USE HELIOTHERAPY AND PHYSIOTHERAPY IN MOBILE CONDITIONS
Now in Uzbekistan among the population living in remote areas, is especial in a zone of the Aral Sea the diseases as for example, anemia, osteohondros, radikulitis, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, prostatitis are widespread. It means, that on periphery the diagnostic and medical establishments are unsufficiently equipped with medical engineering. Hence, the preventive and clinical medical services in these areas appear not up to the mark.
For treatment of the patients with the above-mentioned diagnosis of disease in the country the new methods of treatment heliotherapy are mastered. Well recommending itself the method of the dose of an irradiation by the concentrated solar radiation as against medicinal means raises immunity and does not cause by-effects. The favorable climatic conditions of the country allow using similar devices for heliotherapy and physiotherapy in the remote areas.
The model of mobile medical laboratory is developed. The laboratory by equipped the devices for heliotherapy and converters of a solar energy in electrical for electro supply to physiotherapy apparatus. With the help of mobile medical laboratory the medical workers can operatively make diagnostics of diseases and treatment of the patients by methods helio- and physiotherapy.
The main purpose is creation of mobile medical laboratory with devices helio- and physiotherapy and realization of preventive medical services on periphery.
For achievement of the purpose and decision of the put task the technological model of mobile medical laboratory is developed on the basis of the automobile “Mercedes Benz <Sprint > -312D”. The laboratory by equipped the devices for heliotherapy and converters of a solar energy in electrical for electro supply to physiotherapy apparatus. It allows reliably to function of medical laboratory and independently to provide with the electric power apparatus and devices both in conditions of city and in mountain, steppe and deserted areas. Thus during realization of treatment the environment by exhaust gases does not become soiled. The device for heliotherapy, consisting from mobile in vertical and horizontal planes of a concentrating mirror, also is provided with the electric power from solar converters.
The analysis of modern mobile medical laboratories has shown, that the offered our model of medical laboratory is the newest development. The similar mobile laboratories with helio- and physiotherapy by devices working in mobile conditions, can find wide application in system of public health services of Uzbekistan and in a number of other countries with a hot climate (Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indian, etc.).
